How does our awarding system work?

In Parmis Airlines, various flight parameters are collected and analyzed from the reports sent by the pilots. In this way, active pilots receive badges and awards by reaching certain quorums or participating in the official tour programs. Badges and awards are divided into 2 main groups as follows :

Pilot Awards
Pilot awards are badges and awards that are given to a pilot based on reaching certain quorums. The awards and badges of this circle are :

Golden Wing
Will be granted after 100 approved flights

"Golden Supportive Pilot" Award
Will be granted after 1000 approved flights

"Platinium Supportive Pilot" Award
Will be granted after 5000 approved flights

"Spirit of the Parmiss Airlines" Award
Will be granted after 10000 approved flights

"Skilled Pilot" Award
Will be granted after 100,000 technical points

"Expert Pilot" Award
Will be granted after 500,000 technical points

"Master Pilot" Award
Will be granted after 1,000,000 technical points

"Milage" Award
To performing more than 1,000,000 nautical miles flown on Parmiss Airlines.

"Cargo Pilot" Award
To perform more than 100,000,000 T/Nm. of cargo package delivery with the freighter fleet of Parmiss Airlines

"Passenger Pilot" Award
To perform more than 1,000,000,000 PAX/Nm. with the Passenger fleet of Parmiss Airlines

"Long-Hauler Pilot" Award
To performing more than 1,000 long-haul (more than 6 hours) flights in Parmiss Airlines.

"Queen of the Sky" Award
To perform more than 1,000 flights with the "Queen of the Sky", Boeing 747-400 and Boeing 747-8.

"Super Heavy A380" Award
To perform more than 1,000 flights with the "Super Heavy Airbus A380"

Partnership Awards
Partnership awards are badges and awards that are given to a pilot based on participation and completing the leglist or instructions of official partnership events. The awards and badges of this circle are :

"Base Award" for earning a gross income of more than 1 billion (virtual) dollars for the company

"Senior Class Award" to perform 2 of 4 value-based stages of the partnership event.

"Master Class Award" to perform 3 of 4 value-based stages of the partnership event.

"Legend Class Award" to perform ALL value-based stages of the partnership event.

FDB23, Fly Dubai Codeshare 2023
Award for participating in the "Fly Dubai 2023" codeshare event and submitting more than 500 flight hours in the routes of this event.

IRB23, Iran Airtour Codeshare 2023
Award for participating in the "Iran Airtour 2023" codeshare event and submitting more than 200 flight hours in the routes of this event.

FWC22, Football World Cup 2022
Award for participating in the "Football World Cup 2022" world tour and making all 51 flights of its leglist.

IRM22, Mahan Air Codeshare 2022
